"I have fished with many guides over the past 35 years. Dave Edens ranks with the best. He knows how to get you into the fish and he is a good fishing coach. If you are going near St Simons, like to fish with a fly, and can appreciate a real professional call Dave. I intend to fish with him again."

"This is the third time that I have fished with Capt. Dave. His knowledge and willingness to go the extra mile make him one of the best guides that I have fished with. He really seems to enjoy guiding and giving his angler the best chance for success and a great experience. Capt. Dave gets just(almost)as excited as I do and that always makes for a fun trip."

"As an inexperienced saltwater fly fishermen I can say that after spending 2 days with Capt David Edens I am officially hooked for life. David put me on the redfish several times and let me be the fishermen for a true experience but his patience and guidance is what lead me to catching big reds on the fly for the first time. The time we spent on the flats fishing will be an experience I will remember forever. I will be practicing my casting with his tips and will be back for more. Tight Lines"

Redfish at St. Simons Island,

"Captain David Edens is a true professional on the water. We fished the flats near St. Simons island on a low tide and spotted too many redfish to count. I was amazed David's ability to locate and stalk these redfish. I was able to land two, the first I had ever caught on a fly, and had numerous other chances at big fish. David is also an experienced casting instructor, and his advice came in handy when the wind picked up. I highly recommend Capt. David Edens. I enjoyed spending the day chasing reds and will be back to fish with him again."
