Sili Skin Caddis
Use this as a dropper on a mature caddis, fish it across and down and when the drift is over, lift the rod, skitter the adult and in doing so, pull this caddis larva up as if it's pupa swimming to the surface. That's two great ways to get a strike in one move. Color, Natural. Caddis fly available in sizes: 12.

"Just in the mood to catch some fish, I tied this little guy on and in a matter of seconds I was getting hits from crappie and bass in a small local pond. I was fishing just to try the new fly out and I was quite impressed. Highly recommended!"
"This nymph looks so realistic and well manufactured that I cannot imagine that trout will not feed on this natural looking nymph. Actual nymph is very close to the Orvis catalog. Cannot wait to put them in front of trout in PA trout waters."

"During the spring, the steelhead will dig up the gravel and dislodge a plethura of food. The sili skin caddis gets in the dark water every time. It doesn't stay there long...there is usually a steelhead or a very hungry trout connected to it."
"This fly is an amazing imitation of a caddis larva . It fishes well dead drift under an indicator or in a czeck nymph rig. A must have on southern tailwaters."

"Sili skin caddis is an excellent pattern for any stream that holds a resident population of Hydropsychidae, which is the family of caddisflies that makes up over 60% of the fishable caddis in most trout streams of North America. Fish this pattern at the head of pools below a stretch of fast riffle water for the best results. It is a great pattern for trout, steelhead and salmon. Good angling!"
