Take the best streamer pattern ever invented, add a bead and then make the body flashy and wrap it with grizzly hackle and you have the makings of a killer fly. There is virtually no place in the country this fly won't work. In sizes: 6, 8.

Magnet for Browns and bows!,

"Was nymphing the Rio Grande in NM at John Dunn Bridge with no results. Tied on this bugger and caught several nice Browns and a few nice bows. Worked well in full sunshine and at dusk. Held up to repeated casts and hang ups on the rocks. Just re sharpened the hook and kept on throwing it. Highly recommend."

Productive - keeps the net busy!,

"Used this flashy streamer on the Rio Grande, Taos, NM near the John Dunn Bridge. Caught several bows and several browns to match. Tied nicely. Holds up well to hundreds of casts. I used it in both low and bright light conditions with great results. I'll fish the Lower Mountain Fork River, Broken Bow, OK in a couple of weeks. Can't wait to try it there."
"The olive bead head bugger with the olive tail is one of the most successful streamers I have used on the big southern New England rivers. The flies from Orvis are consistently the best quality in materials and craftsmanship."
