Can't imagine it will last,
April 21, 2014
By: Havedogwilltravel
"This just arrived and as I pulled it from the box tiny pieces of black plastic fell out with it. As I laid out the parts to build it, it quickly became apparent that the plastic pieces were the broken corner pieces of the side and top panels. More than half were broken and the "scratch resistant" coating was chipped in many spots. I love Orvis and their dog gear, but this should never have made it out of Orvis' fulfillment center doors. Poor quality control from a company I've grown to trust. Thankfully, they do have great customer service representatives, and the rep I spoke to arranged for UPS to come back to pick it up."

"As an Orvis customer Im used to receive great products and quality for my money. This item is exactly what I was looking for to put my lab-lady in for our hunting trips. It fits the trunk of my Explorer and sits there like a stronghold. There is no squeaking or shaking from the back even on bumpy dirt tracks. Assembling takes abt. 30 min. but it's worth the effort. An electric drill will save you some time."
