"I bought this same waistcoat about 6 years ago,and I have loved it,I wore it with jeans and also dressed it up,it washed very well.
I bought a new one in January and was a little disappointed that the colour was lighter almost cream which may suit someone that wants it more in the spring or summer evenings,where as the 1st one was light fawn and a little thicker which was ideal for year round use.
But it is still an excellent addition to any wardrobe."

"I had trouble trying to apply a gift card to the purchase of the Berber fleece zip-front vest online, so I called and the sales person helped me finish the purchase. The amount shown on the transaction was the amount posted as the price listed in the catalog, not the price using my gift card. Also, when I received the package, the transaction page listed the price in the catalog. However, my credit card was correctly charged. So, perhaps I did the online transaction correctly, and this is the way an Orvis bill works.
I've had the vest for about a month and am pleased with my purchase. Side seams are straight. Looks great with a pair of jeans!"

"So, what's the big deal about a fleece vest? THIS is a big deal, that's what. It's a flattering creamy color, looks cuddly-soft, and is a warmer-upper (over a turtleneck) on a chilly fall day. The trim matches a russet-colored turtleneck of mine just about perfectly. I got it on sale, which was an original attraction; but you can't yank it away from me at any price!"
