Great choice for hot, hot weather,

"Orvis, please tell me you're not abandoning linenweave fabric. I think I've purchased a lifetime supply now because it really is a comfortable summer weight for casual wear. Lighter than linen but equally comfortable. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because I would not recommend it for office wear. But for a casual alternative to hot tencels and any blend with spandex, its tops on my list."

Excellent Value,

"These are the first pants I've purchased from Orvis and I'm very pleased with the sizing, linen blend and the quality of the workmanship. These are very comfortable, casual, but the touch of embroidery/lacing around the pockets make them suitable for something more."

"I needed a smart pair of lightweight black trousers, since I sing in a choir. These are perfect."

look like pajamas,

"Disappointed in this product. I previously owned a pair of linen blend slacks that held their shape all day and went in the wash. I hoped to repeat that experience with these slacks. However, in the time I took to get ready for work the pants lost all their shape and looked like pajama bottoms. If you are looking for something reasonably professional for the workplace, these pants don't cut it."
