Fresh from Greece, handcrafted in Maine. After discovering the high quality and smooth, rich taste of Greek unfiltered olive oil, Daphne Contraros Rioux acquired land on the outskirts of a small fishing village and began producing limited quantities of extra virgin olive oil. Soon, her production spread to local farmers' markets around Maine and, eventually, her own company. This Dafni unfiltered olive oil is from an Orvis-exclusive harvest of olives.
