"I have 3 dogs - 2 beagles and a boxer. The wrap around bed is the favorite of all beds in the house. It's not uncommon to see all 3 snuggle in together. Unfortunately, the newest member felt the urge to chew the zipper out of the lining. Time for a new one.."

"We (all three animals and me) love this bed! Got it for my little Poodle but my two cats love it too. It’s made out of fleece and a high quality suede-like fabric and looks really good in my living room. You can remove the inner pillows to wash the cover separately. Also my little dog does a scratching routine before she lies down and the fleece does stay intact. This was a problem with another bed that quickly shed all its fleece. The animals look gorgeous in it. I see another one in our future."

"We got his bed yesterday and our little Chihuahua mix LOVES it. She even eats her snacks on it. Seems to be a great purchase. We have bought beds different places and this seems to be the most well made."

"It isn't enough that I love the quality and looks of the bed, my Toller LOVES it. He used to sleep on my bed but no longer : ( I am ordering another bed today for t-h-e---c-a-t who is a 20# big boy! He loves the bed too. Even though the bed is more expensive than the usual pet store varieties, it is well worth the money. I can tell the stuffing of the bed will not break down for a long time, if ever."

"I was glad to hear of the "FleeceLock" system but, sorry to hear that the colors were different since we already own one of these in Blue Mist and they will sit side by side. When I first received the Blue Mist bed I thought that the colors were muted and a little gray or taupe looking but, later realized that the color covered a multitude of sins and dirt. (Our back field is muddy this time of year and we work hard to keep the dogs clean but, well, they're dogs) Because of this I worry a little about the lighter fleece. The only problem that I have with this new bed is that the bolster is in 3 pieces. I will agree that the one long bolster in the Blue Mist bed was hard to handle but, three pieces are worse for different reasons. The long bolster had only 2 ends to try and get to fit into the sleeve. The 3 piece has 6 ends! After 2 tries I had almost 2 feet extra since the ends kept slipping apart. After 3 tries I still had about 10 inches extra but I got it in anyway. I know you are trying hard to make these beds special and to keep people like me coming back. I still love your beds and will buy more. Just thought you needed to know this."

"I used to have to replace my dog beds several times a year. My last ones had to be washed weekly, were always covered in hair and started to smell after a couple months. I decided to splurge on the Orvitz after reading some of the reviews (but still figured I was probably wasting money). I'm amazed at how good these dog beds are. I've had them for about 6 months and they look the same as when I bought them. I don't notice any bad smell and hair doesn't seem to stick to them. Occasionally, I see hair from my Cavalier sort of clump together and then fall off on the floor - much easier than having random strands weave their way through the cover. I haven't washed the cover yet (probably shouldn't admit that) and I've only vacuumed them once or twice. The dogs love the beds. I bought a large for my 55 lb lab and a medium for my 25 lb Cavalier/poodle mix. The lab fits on the medium when he's curled up but the large is better for stretching out. The medium is plenty big for my cavalier but she likes to steal the large from her brother. So, the only thing I would do differently is get two larges next time. I am very surprised to say that these beds were definitely worth the price. I bought them on sale and would buy them again even if they weren't."

"Well, our dogs love this product. We now have two upstairs where they sleep at night, two in the family room where we spend the most time on weekends, and we realized our smaller pup only had a cold floor in the basement. So we got a smaller version and a new color. She loves it, but so much that she immediately chewed a hole and pulled out some fleece. We don't know why. Never happened before. But maybe it was just settling in."

"We purchased this bed for our 2 year old pointer. We are very satisfied so far with the quality and appearance of the bed. It appears to be well made from quality material and fits in nicely in our great room. Our dog is approx. 66lbs so we purchased the large. He has plenty of space to stretch out if he chooses. He seems to really love his new bed! Thanks Orvis for a quality product."
