Somewhat of a disappointment,

"I had high hopes for this charging station. As you can tell from the picture your devices must sit somewhat awkwardly on the station and they must fit. Depending on the location of the charging port on your device you may only be able to charge three items at a time and then only if you have the correct tips. There are six tips in the box, not the 27 as advertised. Additional tips are available, but expensive. I returned this product and Orvis Customer Service was outstanding."

"Pros: Had tips included for both an iPhone and a blackberry, sleek and stylish, fully charges multiple devices at once, has a USB outlet in the back for plugging in whatever you want
Cons: only has 6 adapter options, light does not turn green when device is fully charged
I ordered this product from the Orvis gift guide about 2 weeks ago. My husband is an iPhone user, while I use a blackberry, and we've struggled for months trying to find a charging station that would eliminate the various cords without being one of those big boxes you have to tuck everything into, complete with drawers and such that we didn't need.
So when I came across the Idapt, it seemed like the perfect solution! I ordered it right away, and was so excited when it arrived (3 days later with regular shipping! yay!) that I went right to work setting it up. But when I opened the box, I was immediately confused. Didn't it say it came with 27 adapter tips? There were only 6 in the box...
I decided to keep setting it up, as it looked like there were still tips that would work for our 2 different phones, which there were. However there was not a 3rd tip that would work for any of our other chargeable devices (bluetooth, kindle, etc..). Also, while it charges both phones to 100% simultaneously, the light stays red, so you don't know when it's finished charging until you check the battery life on your device - mildly annoying.
All said and done, this charger does in fact charge multiple devices while looking sleek and contained on the counter. I would definitely recommend it to other people, even though I was relatively disappointed in the lack of tips and the light issue. It still does the job, and I'll be keeping it."
