"I went to the store to purchase a coat, none were in stock so this coat was ordered from a picture on the web site. The first delivery date was in 6 weeks, which was revised and the coat finally arrived in November. What a disappointment, the coat didn't fit, it was tight in the shoulders, the toggles looked cheap and plastic, as did the laces used to secure the coat. There was a long zipper that looked like an after thought and showed when the coat was closed. The zipper was difficult to zip. If there had been a sample of the coat in the store, I wouldn't have wasted my time."

"I have been looking for a duffle coat that is lined, and this one has the lining, is a nice length, and even has a zipper to boot. However the sizing is very slim fit and while I wear a medium-large in most Orvis products, I can barely get my shoulders in a L or XL."
