Soft but not so warm,

"This is a nice blanket for its softness, which is great for a baby's sensitive skin. It is not warm enough due to the "air holes" throughout. I think the knit should be tighter to keep out drafts. I would have returned it, since it did not meet our purposes for warmth, but I am simply too busy to do the return. I intend to donate it at Christmas to a needy family."

"This is a beautiful blanket however I ended up returning it because it is not machine washable. The catalogue had said it was "washable" which I had interpreted as machine washable. But the label on the blanket said "hand wash"."
