Relax in virtually any climate or season. The best of both worlds joins up with the comfort of 100% cotton denim and the relaxed fit of chinos. The 10-oz. denim twill weighs a bit less than Orvis Classic Jeans denim, yet remains more substantial than typical chino fabric for pants; ideal in weight and comfort almost anywhere you go. Two button-closed rear pockets. Relaxed fit chinos in dark indigo. Belt not included. Pure cotton. Washable. Imported.Pants in even waist sizes: 32-46. Cuffed up to 34" or plain finished up to 35" at no extra charge.

"Great fit, nice color and good medium weight fabric......lighter than jeans, but heavier than chinos. Haven't washed them yet, so can't comment on whether or not shrinkage may be an issue. Overall, very satisfied and likely will purchase another pair down the road."

"These denim jeans are the first ones I have seen that have the nice 'loose' fit at the hips, so as my husband says, 'you don't cut off your circulation when you move, bend or sit'.

"I found these pants to be beautifully made and especially well finished and normally I never have a problem with Orvis pants being improperly sized. Regretfully, when these arrived they were three (3) inches smaller in the waist than the size they were represented to be. I even tried purchasing them in three different waist sizes--38, 40 and 42--to see if any would fit. All had the same problem. The size 40 fit like a size 37 (I'm a 38) and the size 42 like a size 39. In the case of the size 38, the pants fit fine at first, but when they came back from the cleaners they had shrunk by four (4) inches, to a waist size 34. All three pairs have been returned to my local Orvis dealer."

"I purchased a pair of denim chinos from Orvis. This was the third pair I have purchased over the years. With the first two I was very happy. The quality and fit were excellent. With this third pair I found that the Orvis Co. had changed the design cut of these pants. The legs are very baggy. I felt like I was wearing a pair of chaps that you see in the old black and white cowboy movies. There was much too much material flapping around as I walked. I was not happy with the new cut and plan to return them."

"I was excited about giving my husband a pair of "dress jeans" because he is so wedded to jeans he's unwilling to replace them with chinos when the occasion calls for something a little dressier. These denim chinos f it him perfectly around the waist, but they were HUGE everywhere else, and made him look as if he were wearing pantaloons. We are going to return them."

"These are perfect for work in that there are dressier than most "jeans" but still have the feel I like. I am in an age group that doesn't experiment often with fads and changes so I really appreciate that I know exactly what I'm getting no matter how many times I order. I wear these almost daily, for work, and evening outings. They are ok with any kind of shirt and most casual sportcoats."

"These are nice-enough pants, but unfortunately they are very unflattering on my husband, so they're going back. The fabric is much heavier than we anticipated; it doesn't drape well, and in a size 42, the legs look large and stiff---no movement, no drape."
