This nymph is a caddis larva pattern that uses Krystal Flash for the ribbing to give it a little extra attraction. Bead head gets these nymphs down quickly. This is a great dropper fly pattern underneath a large caddis dry or other searching dry flies. Nymphs available in sizes: 12, 14, 16.

"I'm 15 and i was fishing first day of trout in Pa and i was fishin Cool Spring Creek, just above Neshannock and they had a grannom hatch a few days before and i used this pattern in olive and caught two on my first two drifts and lost the fly. Luckily i had tied a few in a fly tying class and i caught and released 5 healthy rainbow's and 2 perch!"
