"I like this box a lot. It holds a multitude of flies both large and small. The clear visible lid makes it very easy to locate the fly you need and the foam slits work very well. I will see how the closure snaps hold up so far so good. The box is just the right size for all sorts of wadding vests both hip and chest type. One box can get you thru an entire day."

"Flies are visible from both sides with box closed. Chasing the box down the river several times proved it's watertight feature. The foam fly beds are slotted to allow barbed flies to be removed without damaging the foam. Except for streamers and large terrestrials this is the only box I'll purchase in the future."

"I fish at least once a day,, if the weather is ok, I fish small brooks small rivers and ponds ,, this double sided box holds all i need for those trips ,,, i can look ,, in the box without opening it and take out what i need,, Thank you Orvis"

"I just got this yesterday at my local Orvis store, and immediately consolidated all my smaller flies into one location. I liked the ability to slide the hooks into place without destroying the foam. This is especially helpful for 20 and 22 size hooks. Plus I can see all my flies versus having to open up other boxes to see what I have."

"This is a very good fly box. I love the clear tops so you can see your flies very easily. Of course, this makes it easier to show them off too (nobody does that right?). The snaps are solidly built. Recently I've been trying to lower the weight in my gear by using very light weight boxes, and this box is just a tad heavier than what I would usually buy, which is why I knocked off a star. But it's still a fantastic box and is already home to many of my flies. I would recommend it to anyone. I also love the foam fly seats with premade slits to make putting your hooks in easy (no more of that annoying "poke the hook into the foam and destroy the foam slowly over time" process."

"This is by far my favorite fly box. I own a few others and decided to give this one a try. I like how easy it is to get flies in and out of it, the clear cover so you can see what's in the box and the fact that it is waterproof. It's also deep enough to fit flies and steamers without crushing them. Will definitely buy more!"

"The double-sided box is great to have nymphs and streamers on one side and dry flies on the other instead of carrying multiple boxes. The foam is nice and soft and keeps the flies in place well and the slit design doesn't dull the hooks and makes taking the flies out and putting them in easy. Being waterproof is also great as mine has taken a swim a couple of times. I took one star off for durability. A drop from a modest height put a hole in the clear plastic."
