Great product, bad service,

"I purchased this on the mobile site from my phone. There was an option to engrave or emboss it. I chose to emboss it with my husband's initials. When I received the toiletry kit, it was embossed with "Orvis". I immediately went to the website on my phone and saw the option to engrave or emboss. I called customer service and was basically told I was crazy that there was no option for that toiletry bag. I told them I JUST saw it, and again told me they too were looking at the website and did not see it. I put the rep on speakerphone and brought it up again on my phone. It was there. It turns out they never updated their "mobile" site. I was given the option to return the item and they would pay for return shipping. No apology, no apology for calling me crazy. I was very disappointed with that customer service rep."
