"I returned this item. There is no charmeuse and no georgette. It did fit but is not as stated, with, instead, flattened plain cotton knit ruffles with a white thread binding at their outer edges. (Even with the enlargement of the photograph on the website it is not clear what is on offer. The catalog photograph is insufficiently clear too. The catalog blurb states, in part "a pretty embellishment of mixed georgette and charmeuse ruffles")."
