Very Poor Monogramming,
December 5, 2013
By: Gundog
from Grand Rapids, MI
"This review is actually more about Orvis' customer service than the product itself. First the easy part, the case is excellent. Well made, rugged and very good looking. We ordered this for our son-in-law who has the Montana field bag, and asked that it be monogrammed. Unfortunately, the monogram was very poorly done, and we decided it needed to go back. I called customer service and spoke with Jill who was extremely pleasant and very helpful. She got another case ordered at no additional charge and asked that the monogram be double checked before shipping. She also got this all moving right away so that we wouldn't have to wait for the original case to be returned before a new one could be shipped. Now that's what I call customer service, and that's why I'm a loyal Orvis customer. Kudos to both Jill and Orvis!"

"Quality product at a reasonable price. Good looking and made of tough, durable materials. Strong brass zipper and durable double stitching. Worthy of being tossed in the back of my pickup truck."
