"Unlike one reviewer, I like the slightly shorter length -- though on me the size large hits just above mid-hip, so I wouldn't call it "short."
A very soft and comfortable sweater/sweatshirt and I love that it's all cotton. Too many items are moving in the poly or poly/cotton direction, IMHO.
Having said that, the top does stretch out after one wearing -- and then comes back together after washing. Since I bought it just to wear around the house, that's fine."

"I love the quality of Orvis products and have bought several items in the past. However, this item was too short in the body and the sleeves were too long. There is a tendency for Orvis sweaters to be too boxy rather than shaped, and this one had to go back. A pity because the fabric was lovely. More hip lengths please."
