"To keep shells from falling out, squat, don't bend over; also saves your back. Also, can improve pockets by having your shoe repairman install snaps. Don't give up on jacket if it otherwise fits well, and materials are excellent !"

"bought this jacket for pheasant hunting in SD. the velcro ripped off on the front pockets the first time I opened them before I even went hunting. Then when picking up the birds from the dog all my shells fell out the pockets every time. ARGH!!!!"
