Poor workmanship,

"I had to return the quilt due to poor workmanship. The stitching was crooked and stitches were very big. I don't know if it could have stood even one laundering. It was very pretty until one looked closely. I was disappointed since it was rather expensive and I have always gotten quality items from Orvis. Oh well, I will try again!"

"This colors were more washed out than in the photo. Also, I bought a king size for our queen size bed. The width was OK - it would not have possibly worked on a king sized bed.. I wished it had been longer. I was very much looking forward to having this on our bed in the summer."

"This coverlet and shams set is unlike anything else I own. I was tired of the grays and browns of winter, and yearned for the light, warn colors of spring. Even though my home is contemporary, the cottage style blends in beautifully. I smile every time I walk in the room, because the colors and style please me and give me the emotional lift I needed."

"I love the pattern, but was disappointed that the King size quilt barely covered the top of the King mattress with only about a 3-4 inch drop over the edge. Works better for a queen. Also, there were multiple places where the stitching was all messed up underneath, as though the sewing machine wasn't working too well. Considering returning it...but love the pattern."
