Fly Fisher's Guide to PA,

"Great guide book. This book is unique in that it offers a section on warm water species in PA where all other PA fly fishing guide books only discuss trout and steelhead fishing. Great info on hub cities, has good maps, and lists local fly shops. Only reason I didn't give it five stars is there are some locations written about that don't have maps."
