"I have this shirt in three great neutral colors. I wear it alone, or unbuttoned over a tank top - It goes with everything and goes everywhere; launders nicely too. Generously sized."

"I ordered one black and one off white linen blouse. The black one was different. The sleeves were tighter, difficult to roll up and there was no lapel. The top front of the blouse above the top button was just open, looks unfinished for that style of blouse. The off white one was what was advertised."

"Great linen, classic style, flattering fit. I bought the black and off-white, and find the black linen more substantial, less apt to wrinkle when delicately washed and allowed to dry on a hanger. The off-white definitely requires ironing, but it is cool and comfortable. Love the cut and length!"

"This shirt is very pretty but the armholes are too big for me and the shoulder seams hang off. Since the bottom and body is good ( any smaller and it would be too tight), I think a smaller size wouldn't fit either. Love it but it just doesn't fit me."

"Astounded was my reaction when I opened my Orvis package & saw the likes of this linen 3/4 sleeved top. The linen, as mentioned by other reviewers is fantastically weighted, thus will withstand wrinkles throughout the day. The buttons are mother of pearl, fabric amount is generous - no skimping, w/edges finished.
I have read that many of us have complained about ironing linen. There is nothing more stylish than crisp starched linen separates (so worth the trouble, ladies!). Sometimes I am on the fence re 3/4 sleeve length, but this style is very feminine & unique - reeks of good breeding!"

"I'm a retired fashion designer, and as such find it difficult to purchase ready to wear clothing that fits my image of myself. Orvis frequently, though, has items that are just perfect for me, like this beautiful linen blouse. Worn with my grandmother's graduated natural pearl necklace, her solid gold bangle bracelet, and my favorite gold earrings dresses up for a party, or without the above for a walk down the beach. Regardless, I love it!"
