New techniques as well as old ones,
November 5, 2007
By: JohnH
from Idaho
"I started tying flies at an early age, did more when I was in college and worked in fly shops tying flies for customers, and then I stopped for several years. When I got back into it, there were several new developments such as the wide spread use of bead head nymph patterns. When I found this manual it was a great help at learning some of the newer techniques as well as remembering a few older ones. This is a fantastic book with detailed descriptions and color photos-very heavy book. I have seen no other book that comes close to containing all of the techniques presented here. Well worth the price to anyone serious about tying flies."
