The classic cardigan is refreshed for warmer weather with shorter sleeves and pretty knotted buttons. Soft and lightweight in fine-gauge jersey-knit cotton. Finished with ribbed trim. Pure cotton. Washable. Imported.Sizes: S(6-8), M(10-12), L(14-16), XL(18-20); about 22" long.

"Everything about this sweater was what I was looking for to wear with sleeveless dresses. Unfortunately, the sleeves are a bit to form fitting. I don't have long thin arms like the model, mine are shorter and more muscular. Other than the sleeves, I would have chosen to keep this sweater and order it in a three more colors. I wish it would be offered in the stores...at least a sampling of sizes. I might try ordering a size large to see if it makes a difference,but the medium fit perfectly otherwise."

"This is sweater is exactly what I was looking for to wear with sleeveless tops in the summer, and it was very hard to find a lightweight sweater with short sleeves. I really like the fabric and the fit. I got it in white, so it will go with everything."

"Soft, good weight. Other people have commented about the buttons. I agree: they aren't for opening and closing. I wear it with the top two open and just pull it over my head. The knot buttons are very pretty."

"Love the daffodil color--so cheery!! I wear a size large in a T-shirt so I ordered a large in this sweater. Fits Great!!! Knot buttons are very hard to button but they dress up the sweater. Looks great completely buttoned or worn open."

"I received this cardigan in Navy and I would hardly call it "Deep Navy". It looked as if it had been machine washed many times and was faded, not to mention very wrinkled. So disappointing Orvis!"

"This cardigan is a little bit dressy and has short sleeves-hard to find for summer. Comfortable-might have shrunk just a bit when washed. Ivory color looks nice with jeans or pants. Will be extra nice in the summer when it's so hot."

"I love this simple , lightweight sweater. I live in the Central Valley of California with typically a warm climate. This sweater provides coverage and style without the bulk of a heavier sweater. The buttons are not very easy to use but I rarely button sweaters so I do not find this to be an annoyance. Actually the knot buttons add flare. I would definitely recommend this sweater to others."

"I like this because it is not too long..in fact, it only falls at the hip or a little above. The blue is very dark, would have been nicer to have just a few shades lighter. Attractive style. I agree that the buttons are difficult to get through the buttonholes, but I usually don't button this type of sweater. Like it a lot for summer evenings. Have been looking for this style in a blue color fof a long time. Have a number of similar style in white."

"This cardigan is very well designed and looks smart. It is good for work and looks relatively formal. I like the elbow length sleeves. The buttons look attractive, although they are rather hard to fasten, but that doesn't matter too much as I like to leave it open."

"I purchased and liked product. However because it is a combination of 14/16 size I had to send back but can not order the XL because 18/20 way too big. Would like if the generous sizing was one size like 14, 16, etc"

"I've looked for a short-sleeved sweater forever and this is the one--expect that I don't especially like the covered buttons. They're extremely hard to manage, don't think they add to the sweater but am sure they add to the price. Next time, just ordinary buttons, please."

"Orvis, you have done it again! This cardigan is perfect in shape, silky feel and color. I got the navy with hesitation because some "navy" is not true to the color. The knotted buttonsare a delicate addition and make this cardi one that can be worn for evening as well as day."
