"My third pair of Mephisto deck shoes. Comfortable, grippy, long lasting. They run a little bigger in U.S. sizes so one might want to order a half-size smaller. One regret: they have molded soles, thus cannot be resoled. However, have a pair worn constantly for three years and sole shows only minor wear. What great U.S.-made deck shoes used to be."

"The Mephisto Spinnaker men's shoes are very,very comfortable. My husband was in an accident last year and need a new ankle with foot damage as well. These are the first shoes he really enjoys wearing,though perhaps something lighter (not sandals ) for the summer and /we live in the Islands.The shoes stretch with the foot,leather is soft,and great foot insoles,also the comfort of the base of the shoe makes walking further great."
