"I like the print and colors but the size is a little snug. I ordered 3 items in XL and the difference between the sizing in each was a lot. I understand the difference in suppliers but this makes me crazy."

"I chose to ignore some of the other reviewers because I just loved the look of this shirt. But those who say the neck does not lie flat are right. It just looks weird. And the whole shirt is too short. I am afraid to wear it and wash it given the reviews of how it shrinks. I have to send it back. Sad, because it really is a beautiful fabric."

"The design print suits me and is very attractive, but since other reviews mentioned severe shrinkage, puckering of neckline, and pilling, after laundering as per instructions; I feel very wary indeed of washing it, and have decided not to risk spoiling such an expensive T shirt. I will instead put in underarm dress shields, and dry clean occasionally. I have never thought of doing such a thing for T shirts before. The fabric seems cheap, and the garment very overpriced for its quality. I wonder whether Orvis tried laundering this material before placing orders for these shirts."

"I had looked at this tee shirt in almost every catalog I received from you and liked the looks of it. However, when I finally did order it and get it, I did not care for it. The print was way too busy and not very bright and I didn't care for the way it fit."

"Unusual mix of colours which will go nicely into the autumn. Silky feel to the cotton. Cannot comment on how it washes as not worn it yet - I hope it does not shrink (as a different patterned t-shirt did but Orvis refunded). I find it a good length for the average torso (pre washing), as lately I have found that Orvis tops seem to be made even shorter in the body. The photo's of them must be on very short people as they bear no relationship in reality length!"

"Beautiful fabric and colors. Washed nicely. I did not put in the dryer. I wore this to my high school class reunion and every loved it. The only reason I did not give it a five is that the sleeves are a little short. I generally do not have that problem with items I purchase from Orvis."
