"Ordered a medium and received extra large. Returned at the store had to argue for a full refund including shipping. Why should I pay the shipping for something I didn't order. Overall poor experience."

"Very disappointed in your company which touts on its site that it has world class customer service. My recent purchase was delivered without a leather zipper pull. One would think that before an item were shipped, that care would be taken to ensure everything was in order with the merchansdise before sending off. Now I'm waiting an additional seven business days for a replacement which is annoying in itself. And, to top it off, your customer service representative , seemed oblivious and uncaring to to my story."
