"I have been using these PMD's for Pond Bluegills. They have flat out fished everything else (dry flies, nymphs, live bait)and continue to be effective in the colder weather."

"Black anything works good for East Tennessee-Smoky Mountains in late fall and early spring. The addition of legs to the traditional black Gnat has produced excellence results in Park waters and the Holston River.
Excellent fly for excellent results - twitch and get ready... ( use only if you want to catch ....)"

"The wing on this fly creates the illusion of a real Mayfly Emerger. When it sinks, mend the line to the east, then twitch the fly so it comes to the surface, emerging."
