Super Slim Vest Fly Boxes
These slim fly boxes come in two configurations. Super Slim Vest Fly Boxes hold 120 flies in cut reference foam. Eight rows, 15 slots. Or 8 compartment with magnetic base. Recommended for nymphs and sparsely hackled or parachute dry flies up to size 16. 5"L x 3⅞" W x ½" D.

"Great box. It's the only one I use. I have 2 magnetic and 4 foam. I would like to see a little stronger magnet in the box. The foam boxes are great for nymphs and dries. Fit my favorite sz16 Adams perfectly. Keep this one around Orvis. It's a keeper."

"orvis are a well known company. my only problem is i have not got loads of money. if you have then orvis have some brilliant products. i just love the rods and reels. anyway this fly box is great so slim and light. great for lots of small buzzers etc but not for big or dry flies. no problem with delivery or packaging. great firm to deal with and loads of new products. just a shame i have not got the money to indulge into there catalogue."

"I ordered one each of the Super Slim Vest Fly Boxes. The one with compartments for midge and caddis larvae patterns is great. You can group your flies into the compartments and easily see them through the transparent lid to make your selection. The one containing the foam is suitable for emerger patterns (or the midges and caddis noted above), but the lid will "squash" the wings and hackles on all but the smallest dry flies due to its slim shape.
I am going to get a couple more of each."

"Great box for those looking to downsize their vest. These boxes take up 1/4 the space of your typical box. I've replaced 2 standard boxes with 3 of these. Now I have to buy more flies to put in the boxes and more stuff to put in the pockets. It's a terrible problem."

"This is a great product for carrying many small fies. It fits easily into vest pockets. Opens easy and holds the flies tightly incase you loose your grip and drop it while it is open.
Great for storage and can be used to feed your main boxes you normally carry while fishing."

"I picked up two of these for emergers, nymphs and smaller stones and they all fit great in it. It's super slim, and I can easily see four of these fitting in one vest pouch. I like that the front is clear, and you can pick a fly without opening it. I've had quite a few times where I'm holding one of my other fly boxes open trying to pick a fly and something happens and a loose fly gets knocked into the water. I will be picking up the 8 compartment one with a magnetic base in the near future!"

"I really like this thin box. I like the magnetic feature for holding those small delicate dry fly's. The small size is still plenty for a day on the river for me, and it fits in a shirt pocket. I got a couple of each kind and you can carry a bunch of fly's in a small space."

"I like the size of the box and thickness. It is good for nymphs and flies that will not be distorted by the thin profile. Dries would be flattened when box is closed. Good value, light weight."
