Orvis Battenkill® water-resistant cotton canvas and leather with brass hardware. Signature tartan lining. Laptop backpacks in green/brown. 18"H x 15"W x 7"D; 1,890 cu. in. Leather embossing is available in all upper case letters. Specify the name or initials in the order they should appear. Up to 6 characters. Engraving on a brass plate is available. "I was tired of all the more traditional backpacks on the market. They are hard to use and I looked like a second grader walking through airports. This backpack is distinctive and sets one apart from the crowd. The service was great and I couldn't be happier."

"The only thing that I would update is: adding padding in the Lap-top Section & the pocket designed for the Cell phone will not allow you to put an iPhone 5 with an otter box case in it, to narrow of a pocket."

"I usually pack 2 cameras and a laptop in a roller bag when I fly. However, for my next flight I needed to reduce my overhead space demands for a trip to Cuba. The backpack took everything and then some. What really pleases me is that it will stand flat on the floor, making it easy for me to get out the laptop, the cameras and accessories."

"I like the overall fit and finish of the backpack. The plaid interior is a handsome touch as well. I wish the top handle was bigger to fit over the handle on my Orvis Suitor Bag. I wish the zippers were more rugged as I have had problems with these on the Pilot Roller Board before. All and all, a nice addition to the Battenkill luggage line."

"I had been looking for an effective piece of luggage, I.e briefcase for work, but really never liked briefcases. They don't fit my style or need. So for the last three years I had been using a simple Under Armor back pack. Wasn't professional looking, but highly effective, I ran across the Orvis backpack and instantly knew I wanted this backpack. When Christmas game I was pleasantly surprised. It was a slightly bigger than I envisioned, which simply made it even more usable for other applications. The stitching is excellent! The quality is High. The packets are well placed and it fits perfectly on my shoulder. This is a great combination for the professional and outdoorsman!"

"I started carrying a backpack to work years ago. The standard black backpack was functional, but not very attractive. When I received the Orvis backpack, I immediately moved all of my items from the old back pack to the new one. Everything fit beautifully. I love the tartan plaid interior. It feels comfortable over one shoulder. Orvis should call this the Business person's backpack instead. I'm a female, and I love it!"

"I saw one of these at the Atlanta airport recently and just knew that I had to have one. I told my wife about it and low and behold Christmas morning it was under the tree. "This really is a great bag, very comfortable to carry and it "rides" well on rollaboards (unlike most backpack style bags). There are a few things I would change: make the bottom 2" of the bag from leather for extra durability; add some decent "pockeys" of rpeans, etc. Other than that, though I am very happy with the bag and my colleagues have all commented on how nice it is."
