The Henley style was the traditional pullover sweatshirt worn by English rowers. This collarless three-to-five-button pullover style has since become a staple for casual wear. This sweatshirt has comfortable and less restrictive raglan sleeves and a three-button front with burnt-horn buttons. Straight hem with a slightly raw self-finish at the cuffs, hem, and neck for a bit of an undisciplined look and feel. Contrast stitching at the seams. Men's pullover sweatshirt in navy, olive drab. Pure cotton. Washable. Imported.Sizes: S(34-36), M(38-40), L(42-44), XL(46-48).

A real disappointment,
October 28, 2012
By: Dave12345
"From the picture and description, I was expecting almost a rugby shirt-type fit and feel with a henley neck.
In actuality, it is a very oversized, unflattering shirt made of harsh, uncomfortable fabric.
The worst part is how baggy the arms are. They might be good to slow your fall if you're planning to jump out of a plane without a parachute. Otherwise, they are floppy and silly.
It's so much different than what I expected that I feel ripped off having to pay to send it back."

"The material quality of this shirt is very nice; however, the design is quite ragged/casual so it will definately need to be an under layer unless just hanging out around the house."

"I always wear medium but Orvis products seem to run large. The sleeves on this are long. The bottom of the shirt will curl up if you wear it untucked."
"Truthfully.....you can`t possibly go wrong buying any t-shirts or sweatshirts from Orvis. This particular sweatshirt is perfect. It fits and feels like a favourite sweatshirt you have been wearing for years. The colour is faded just the way I like it and the quality superior. I highly recommend this shirt........"
"finally a henly that is cut perfect, not too tght, not too loose, sleeve cuffs narrow luv that(not flapping around) heavy cotton, well stitched should have bot 2! BY THE WAY manager who replaced my order on this shirt & another large did a GREAT JOB! saved us both a time & $$ on returns. If your averg hieght /w buy a large they run small & I luv the fact the L is not 2 baggy. Great shirt!"

Comfortable and Flexible,
October 3, 2011
By: enjon
"I liked the color contrast (olive with orange stitching), as soon as I saw it. It felt comfortable over the short-sleeved tee that I was wearing. I could easily wear a long sleeve tee under it during very cold weather. I wore it the next day with cord jeans, and later with faded blue jeans. It went very well with them."

Fantastic Shirt/Sweater,
September 26, 2011
By: Accoutrements

"This shirt/sweatshirt is true to size. The cuffs are slightly tapered so sleeve does not feel to long, a nice thought. The color is a darker deep green than pictured. I need to look close to see it's dark green.
The body is in the arm-pit is large enough for those that want a wear-over layer, but I prefer under layer. The cut is right in length, but curls up after washing (not an issue). Perfect for outside pants or tucked (the way I wear it.
I love the weight of this - not a heavy weight, or a light weight, but in the middle someplace. Nice for layering. The material is a soft cotton, and nice to wear all day.
Be aware that I wash in HOT/COLD, and then HOT dry and this did shrink a bit, but is afterwards true to size."
