"This product was extremely thin and irregularly sewn. I was so disappointed in the quality. It definitely doesn't meet the standards of the many products I've purchased through your catalogs."

"The colours and styling looked great in the pictures but it looked really shapeless in reality. I got the right size (shoulders and sleeves fitted) but I could grab a handful of spare fabric at the back - it would have looked great if it had fitted as well as it did when I bunched up all that spare material. I'd never have felt happy wearing it so I sent it back. Disappointing because it could have been a really special piece."
