"When the bag arrived I couldn't get over the lovely smell of the leather. The tapestry fabric is equally fine in quality. This handbag feels special to hold....a classic. Please note: this bag comes with a nice leather detachable shoulder strap that will come in handy. However, I couldn't figure out where to clip it onto! With the help from Customer Service, and some research on their part, I received a phone call the next day informing me that the metal loops to clip the strap onto are cleverly hidden BEHIND the leather handles of the bag. Thanks to wonderful Orvis customer service, I can enjoy using this lovely bag two ways."
