Egyptian Cotton-Blend Sweater
Spun in Canada, the chunky yarns for this unique sweater are made of the finest combed Egyptian cotton, blended with acrylic for added strength. Thick ribs are knit in horizontal and vertical patterns to create the pleasing texture in front; the back and sleeves are a smooth, plain knit. This Egyptian cotton sweater for women has the look of a cardigan, thanks to three handmade, decorative coconut-shell buttons in front. Ribbed trim at the hem and cuffs. Egyptian cotton/acrylic. Hand wash. Imported.Sizes: S(6-8), M(10-12), L(14-16), XL(18-20); about 22" long.

"I ordered this sweater based not only on the great design but also based on the fact that it was advertised as Egyptian cotton. I'd been looking for a cotton sweater and this seemed to be it! I have to say the style, and size did NOT disappoint. However, I ended up returning it based on the cotton/acrylic blend. It just felt too artificial."

"I was so complimented to have been given this sweater in white by my brother-in-law and sister-in-law. They always send nice gifts but really nailed it this year. I expect to be able to wear most of the year with a camisole or blouse in winter and alone on summer evenings. Good weight of fabric, love the style, long enough but not too long or baggy. Dress up or down - have worn it with slacks, cords and 2 different long skirts. Love the buttons but wish they had been sewn on better! I am a knitter and it is so nice to receive a knitted sweater of this quality."

"The purple color was what I hoped it would be. The fibers were lighter-weight and stretchier than I had hoped. Didn't really like the way the two pieces didn't meet evenly at the bottom. Drapes well. Neckline flattering. Buttons are distinctive. Overall, the style is far and above the same-old same-old stuff I see out there and overall appearance has sophistication."
