Lullaby and Good Night Soft Book
A wonderful story that helps prepare a child for bed by following a little bear from page to page as he does the same. On the last page, the bear climbs into bed. A sound chip in the bear's tummy plays Brahms's “Lullaby.” Book zips up and has a carrying handle. 10½"H x 8½"W x 1"D. Polyester. For children of all ages.

"Absolutely perfect gift for my 10 month old granddaughter. She loved it - the textures - the lullaby and the little doll that moves along and fits in with bedtime tasks. The handle is also very useful for grabbing on and swinging to her great delight."

"I had trouble finding the bear, realizing he could be moved and then alot of difficulty getting it to "sing" Concept is good, the general layout and function is not so good for the young age group or the parents who would be playing with it. It would have been better if little bear was attached--I plan to do that with velco spots and had a place on each page. oh well"

"Bought this for my granddaughter throughout he catalog. Had it personalized so could snot return it. I could not give it as a gift because it was so cheaply made. The seams were not straight, fabric was puckered and it was just cheap looking. If I could have given it ) stars I would have!!"

"I was very disappointed when I received this soft book. The book looked great with the name inscribed on it, but the music did not play on the teddy bear. This was one of the main reasons I bought it for the lullaby. Some of the pieces were not attached making it more likely to become lost over time. I will probably sew some elastic to attach them.

"I have given this book as a baby shower gift twice and each time, I have others ask where did I get it as they have another shower to go to and wanted to give this book. When I gave as a gift this time, the mother shared that when the baby came home from the hospital, the big sis ( four years old) wanted to show this darling book to her little brother and enjoyed being able to talk about each page all by herself."

"The item has an inner zip so that the reverse of the embroidery on the cover is concealed. The zip was not closed & had no pull. I assumed this was a fault & returned it. The very helpful Orvis rep. ordered another & said this was the same but she managed to close the zip to without the pull.
I found the 'book' much less attractive than I expected. The purple cover is a very strong colour. It is not really pretty. I would have been tempted to return it anyway except that I'd had our granddaughter's name added.
My husband likes it better than I do. As it's for Xmas we'll have to wait for Emily's reaction."

"I ordered two of these books as gifts for my grandchildren. The book is absolutely cute and would be loved by any young child. That said, both arrived defecyive. Ink had transfered from the toy toothbrush to the bear's face in both books. One was mild so I decided to keep it. The other was worse so I returned it.The book sent in exchange had the exact same problem despite my pointing out in writing and on the phone what was wrong! I returned it and was finally sent a book without defects. Despite the issue with the product, the Orvis people on the phone were extremely nice and apologetic. And they sent me the last book for free. If the problem could be fixed with the ink in this book, it would be a 5 star product."
