The ultimate value in an updated and stylized version of the WWII bomber jacket. These bomber jackets are made of our premium pig suede for a supple feel and casual air. Our insulated polyester lining allows you three-season wear. The rib-knit cuffs, waist, and collar, along with a two-button throat latch, assure you a good fit, plus keep the wind out. Fully lined for comfort and easy on-and-off. Raglan sleeves for a good fit on a wide range of body shapes. Two exterior pockets and one interior security pocket. Genuine pig suede. Professional leather clean. Imported. Sizes: S(34-36), M(38-40), L(42-44), XL(46-48), XXL(50-52). About 28" long in size large.

"I wear a 44L in a jacket and a 16.5x36 shirt. The jacket was large enough in the chest but a bit too short in the sleeve. If that were the only issue I could live with it. The jacket is very light weight. It would be comfortable for temperatures in the mid 50's but nothing lower. The cognac color is very close to the Carthart canvas color. Too light in my opinion. In addition, the jacket has pockets with flap closures that button toward the FRONT of the pocket. This requires buttons in front of the pocket on the outside of the jacket. They were constantly catching the seat belt. If I'm going to pay $300 for a windbreaker it needs to be spot on. This one wasn't."

"Got this jacket in a medium and I am a bit disappointed in the sizing. I was confident ordering the medium as I am 5'9" 170lbs. After a few wears, the jacket fits appropriately enough in the shoulders and sleeve length. The body length and the waistband is another story.
The jacket is a bit long in body and subsequently does not hug the waist properly, especially in the front.
The waist band seems to be too large, causing the jacket to hang below the beltline rather than hugging the waistline. It has just become annoying wearing it.

I love the styling and quality of the jacket so much so that I may consider ordering a small and returning the medium if the small is a better fit. If that is possible."

"This coat is comfortable as well as stylish. It is soft and very movable. The pockets are positioned perfectly and are deep set to be as comfortable as can be.
The lining is soft and makes it very easy slip on and off.

"I had tried on the Medium, while in an Orvis Retail Store. The "medium" jacket was too short in the sleeves and too tight through the shoulders so I ordered the large. The large fit nicely in the sleeves and the shoulders but was huge around the middle. Made for a larger than normal male. Other than fit the product looked and felt very nice."

"Received as a Christmas present. This jacket is very well made and fits comfortably. Looks good and seems to have good seasonal wear opportunities. The suede does seem to be closer to buck skin than another lighter suede jacket I had. However, this jacket is sturdier and will last longer. I would recommend this jacket."

"This is my third suede bomber jacket over the past 20 years.....I love them but unfortunately have a habbit of losing them after 10 years. Anyhow, my wife looked far and wide for a quality replacement and surprised me at Christmas with this jacket from Orvis. It is as good as or better than the others that I've owned, and I'm very happy with it. Great attention to detail, very comfortable and it seems like it will last a very long time....if I can manage not to lose it! Anyhow, this is definitely a 5-star jacket and I suspect anyone will be very happy to have it. Cheers!"
