Tunghead Hot Spot Pheasant Tail Jig
Most Czech-style nymphs have a bit of flash, or what tiers call the "hot spot." This barbless, jig-style tungsten-headed Pheasant Tail pattern has a brightly colored band just below the bead, which helps the fly stand out in the faster moving water most often fished using Czech-nymphing techniques. 42-orange hot spot. Sizes: 12, 14, 16.

Great new fly,

"I picked up this fly when I stopped by the Flagship store in Manchester. I was intrigued by the color and style of the fly. Just yesterday I got to toss it for the first time, I had great success right away after having a slow morning with a copper john. It sinks very quickly and clearly the color attracts a lot of fish, I pulled in a nice bow and brookie (both about 12")."
