"Quality product that was delivered promptly. However, there was an error in the spelling of the name. When that happened, I contacted Orvis and received a corrected replacement immediately. The response of customer service made this a great transaction!!!"

"I got this for my dad for Christmas. It was just perfect!!! The service provided by Orivs was beyond exceptional. The supplier would not ship to Alaska, so Orvis had it shipped to them and they in turn forwarded it to me in Alaska without additional charges. Thank you Orvis!!!"

"We are usually great fans of Orvis products and services. This item was disappointing. I ordered the Navy paperweight (picture sent by e mail from Orvis) as a Christmas gift for my brother and it was personalized, or I would have returned it. It is rather cheap looking, and, had I previously seen it firsthand, I definitely would not have paid $59 for it -- frankly, I wouldn't have purchased it at any price. Orvis might want to review this supplier, as this product definitely is not Orvis quality.."
