Sporting Clays Kit Bag
This kit bag is designed to help clays shooters keep all their accessories organized and within easy reach. Front pocket has storage tubes for chokes, a pocket for a silicone cloth, a small pocket for tools, and two key pockets. Side pocket for muff-style hearing protection. Other side has small zipper pocket and a rain fly that covers the bag during inclement weather. Lift handles on both sides for easy carrying when full of shells. Inside the lid is a case for shooting glasses and two small pockets for inside-the-ear hearing protection. Main compartment for shell boxes, gloves and glasses. In olive. 8"H x 14"L x 10"W. Imported.

"Pro's: Excellent construction, attractive, well designed. The shoulder strap stays in place. I really like all the features. I loaded my bag with shells, and bottled water and the bag retained it's shape. The padding prevented any of damage to my iPhone.
Cons: Like others said, the glasses pouch needs to be just a bit bigger. Maybe 2 less choke tubes and a pouch for your keys and one for your wallet. And it could use a bottle pouch like my Beretta bag.
In general I am very pleased with the bag and have bought a 2d one to give to my father in law. I would recommend this bag to others."

"this bag is perfect. room for everything and then some. most comfortably and lightest feeling bag I've ever used when loaded up with shells and all my other gear. Built in umbrella is very nice touch. Overall look and feel of the bag is first class and should last many many years."

"This bag has pre-thought all necessary compartments for sporting clay shooters, or any shotgun sport. It would make a good field bag, also. The labeling of all pouches and compartments is more than helpful. The umbrella cover is ingenious. I have been caught many times in Florida afternoon showers, during a sporting clays tournament. This is a must have bag!"

"I purchased this as a gift for Christmas for my father who is an avid skeet shooter. He was looking for a similar bag like this and the bag meets just about all his expectations except I have to second what other folks have said - the eyeglass area is not big enough as he has multiple pairs and the case to one won't fit in. It could use just a few more little add ons but other than that, he loves it and it will solve a lot of problems. It is a perfect size and he likes the super reinforced lift areas."

"I use this bag for the range, to skeet shoot and sometimes I take it into the stand with me for a deer hunt. It is sized so you can bring what you need, and leave all the extra stuff at home. The only thing that concerns me are the zippers. I have had zippers on other Orvis equipment fail before and these also look pretty lightweight and likely to go long before the bag."

"I use the sporting clays bag for sporting clays. I can fit 9 boxes of shells easily and more in a pinch.
I like everything about the bag. The choke tube plastic canisters are going to break because they are thin cheap plastic. Beyond that it does what it is supposed to. The strap is hefty and will stand up to carrying shells around."

"I shoot a lot. This sporting clays bag is great for keeping your gear together and ready to go when you are. I like the size and look. The sales price made it a good value. The icon labeled storage compartment are a great idea . A couple of improvements would be nice. The ear plug pockets are a bit small if you keep your ear plugs in their storage container. The pocket for Shooting Glasses should be a lined hard case to protect your costly shooting glasses from damage or I would prefer the pocket be made large enough to hold my glasses in their own case. The loops are fine if you keep your choke tubes in their plastic sleeve. A couple of un-zippered pockets on the backside would be nice for misc. items i.e. hand sanitizers, sun screen, etc. Although the enclosed rain fly is a novel idea, for me this compartment would be better used as storage. It seems you can never have enough. All in all it is a good quality product. With a few changes it would be an excellent product."

Extra 12ga chokes in their storage tubes fit snugly in the loops. Wish we had more loops for the sundries of life, but everything I need fits well! The labeled pockets make it easy to find and store your equipment before or after the game!
The zipper front pouch is excellent for more sun screen, wipes, skeeter replant, wet wipes, cigar, lighter, etc., etc. Side pockets holds shooting glasses, gun cleaning rags, snake and sprays. Small tool pouch holds the condensed items you might need in the field. Still I have room left over!"

- the elastic loops for choke tubes are too loose for a 12g
