Gamma Watch

Stay absolutely on time in even the most challenging environments with this men's gamma wrist watch. This watch's massive solid titanium case and band ensure long-term durability—without the additional weight of traditional stainless steel. The ultra-accurate quartz movement is powered by a 10-year power supply. Extreme low-light performance is guaranteed by liberal use of luminous LumiNova® and a half-dozen tritium tubes. Anti-reflective crystal for easy viewing, even submerged. Unidirectional rotating bezel. Men's gamma wrist watch in black. Case diameter 46mm. Water resistant to 300m. Imported.

Great watch value,

"I had my last watch for 18 years so when it was time to replace it I wanted another that would hold up and I believe this watch will. I love the look and feel of the titanium case and band. It is a little bulkier than I was expecting but I have quickly gotten used to it. The dial is easy to read day or night and the anti-reflective coating on the crystal really reduces glare. I didn't give the watch a 5 star rating because the band is difficult to adjust (instructions say take it to a jeweler). Additionally, I had the same problem another reviewer had with one of the pins that hold the band together come out which could have resulted in a lost watch. If you buy this watch be sure to check that all links are tight. That said I love the Gamma and look forward to having it on my wrist for years."

shame,
August 24, 2011
By: youngha
"Received the watch with high expectation which turned out to be disappointment. The watch is too thick and the night illumination fades on second night and above all the band linkage system so poorly designed that it gets unhinged unexpectedly several times. I almost lost lost it while wearing it. Shame with so expensive watch."

"While not perfect, you may not be able to find a better deal for an all titanium watch with tritium (and superluminova) illumination and the build quality of the Reactor Gamma. It is now my daily wear watch and very comfortable. Titanium case and band are excellent and are not shiny like in the pic but the dull grey of titanium. The watch keeps good time though the second hand does not line up with the minute marks all around the dial; I believe it has a Japanese quartz movement. You can't see it in the pic but the dial face has shiny chrome borders on all the hour marks and date; the hands are shiny chrome also. This seems inconsistent with the rest of the watch but I'm getting used to it. The bezel has some movement at each click and will turn at times when putting on tight cuffed clothes. The stem has triple O rings. The watch also has screw bars used to hold the band to the case instead of the typical spring bars; this makes a much stronger, secure attachment."
