"It started some years ago with one pair. They were my definition of comfort, and the style was "me," a touch of professor, a tad of writer, all cut "cool." I began adding various colors and materials, perfect for various daily outfits/plans. And the garden spread to cover most of my bedroom floor. In fact, wearing my textured oily browns as I write this. Waterproofing between sole and upper would help. i once deeply distressed a pair of browns in unexpected rain. Otherwise, my favorites."
