Bluewater Softy Minnow

"I've been using this in saltwater for the fall striper run. Where there are stripers, you'll also find bluefish. They usually shread the fly with their sharp teeth (or cut your line completely) This "fly" was able to be used all day. It really lasted even with the teeth marks and sandy bottom I was fishing. It's a bit heavier than most flies as its really like a combination rubber lure / fly. Lookes pretty realistic when drawn through the water, but not as lifelike as a fethered lure does on slower, stop and go retrieves."
