"Okay, I have several of the ovals and thought I'd try the rectangular one for a change. It's still a great rug but I prefer the oval. Not because it's a defect but, just because of the way they have to braid, it doesn't look as nice on both sides as the oval. On one of the sides on the rectangle, the braids seem to be more pronouced than on the oval one. Still a great rug."

"I have several Orvis braided rugs, all others are oval shape and enjoy all of them. Colors are very vibrant and pretty, construction and materials are excellent! This rectangle one though has a tendency to curl up on the edges more and slips around.. Still like it though."

"This rug is very nice. It seems like it is really good quality. My only complaint is the color. I could not tell there was so much green in it online. And none of the Orvis stores near me carry the rugs in person. I needed it right away, or I would have possibly exchanged it. That said, I think it is very attractive and I am happy with the purchase. It is a little slippery though despite our rug pad. But good rug for the price."

"I bought the runner to use at my kitchen sink/prep area and am thrilled with its apparent quality and look. The mixed colors are beautiful together, and I was happy to see that it's made in North Carolina instead of overseas. With a good pad, it feels great underfoot. This replaces a cheap, thin braided rug and is well worth the price."
