"The nicest thing about this top is the unusual neckline, which is flattering and makes it a little more elegant than your basic tee shirt. I also appreciate the more substantial cotton fabric--so many summer tops these days are made in the super thin pima weaves. That said, it would be nice if it were a fraction longer and a little more fitted, I realize that Orvis caters to older women, but we don't all want to look boxy: some of us are tallish and still have waistlines!"

"Well made and good quality fabric - colour works well with several existing skirts and pants. Pleased with length (5'10" tall) - quite generously cut so should probably get small rather than medium if ordering more."

"As much as I loved this item for it's soft feel, generous cut and flattering style, the fabric weight is just a bit too heavy for southern california summers. That said, I would consider it a good option for fall/winter/early spring. Maybe with a longer sleeve then. Or, perhaps recommend to family back east."

"I ordered this tee in white. After washing and drying it I was dismayed to find the yellow printing on the inside had puckered and was showing through to the outside. It is unwearable as is--4 stars for the tee, 1 star for the see-through label."

"I ordered 2 size L - one Lt purple and the other white. The Lt purple one was 2 inches larger and didn't fit at all so I ordered another one and sent the 1st one back. When the second one arrived it also was too big. Back it went. In the meantime I had to pay s/h of $20.00 twice and still didn't have a produce that fit. It seems funny that the White one in the size L was the right size but the Lt purple one didn't fit. It was

"I typically wear a medium. Since Orvis items often run a little large, I previously bought the long sleeve version of this shirt, which fits perfectly in a small, so I ordered the small for the short-sleeved version. When the shirt arrived, I found it just a touch too small, so I sent it back to exchange for a medium. The replacement has not arrived yet, so I can't report at this time as to how the medium fits."

"I don't like giving a negative review, but I hope Orvis will consider my comment. The style now is huge round necks, UNflattering for older women. THIS STYLE IS UNIQUE and I was excited to have it! It so nicely covers the neck area, yet the -V- provides openness. BUT I could NOT use it because the V is toooo deep into cleavage. So unnecessary for such a wonderful style for those not wanting so much neck, shoulder and chest exposure but negated by the deep V. Orvis, please consider this flaw."

"After my initial purchase of the funnel neck tee, I returned for the short sleeve in pink and golden haze. The medium is what I usually wear and these fit perfectly and lay very nicely at the neck whether casual dress or with a jacket or suit.They are just the right material for the cooler spring we are having in Pa.as they have a bit more substance. The yellow brings a bit of sun to all of the dreary and cloudy days we have seen. I really like all of the colors and I have the red in a long sleeve and it is a true blue/red rather than an orange
red which is sometimes difficult to find. It lays comfortably at the top of the hip- not too long and covers the back even when bending or stretching."

"The fit is excellent, the length not too long or too short. I like the neckline because it is different and also flattering especially if you have a pretty necklace that would partially show. If your neck is very short, it may not be the best for you, but is worth trying. I got it in two colors and will enjoy wearing them this spring and through the summer."
