Flimsy, poor construction,

"I was quite disappointed with this umbrella. When using it in a windy, rainy storm I tried to open it as soon as I got out of my car and the umbrella wouldn't even open properly. I was standing there beside my car in the pouring rain trying to flip it back into a proper shape. The wood handle is hollow and thin on one end and mine was cracked upon receiving it from Orvis. I love Barbour jackets, but this umbrella does not live up to their name."

"This umbrella is very cool looking but much smaller than expected. Plus it lists a "modern telescopic design" but in actuality, you open it up manually.

I really like the plaid design and the wooden handle but overall I cannot recommend this umbrella."
