Good enough,

"I like the item but it could be recognized as being a little cumbersome to your work area. I wish the foam pads moved a little more freely but it's no big deal. For the price its worth getting."

Great Idea,

"This product is a really good idea that could only be improved if there was a pin in place for the hackle gauge. I though mine was just missing it because there's a hole where there should be a pin. I wound up inserting a needle and lightly super gluing it in to place. It works great. The foam is a great place to let the glue on a fly set if you're tying in a hurry. Almost perfect."

A Handy Item,

"The Orvis Fly Stages is a very handy product that any serious fly tyer will love. It is a great place to keep flies to allow the head cement to dry. I like the fact that the flies stand up nice and straight. The hackle and hook guage are a plus.
This is the second set of fly stages that I have purchased over the years and I have ample use for both of them.
