Classic Frog
Just what it says it is. A very classic frog fly pattern profile of spun deer hair for great buoyancy and surface disturbance. A bit smaller than the other patterns for use on smaller fly rods. Perfect for a five weight. Will draw strikes for sure. Frog fly pattern in natural. In sizes: 6, 8.

Almost appealing to smallmouths,

"I went to Orvis before my trip to the Tennessee mountains in search of flies to use for some large waterways and even lakes. I got 3 of these flies and was impressed by the quality of them, so I threw them into my fly box. When I got there there were about 5 smallmouth bass in a cove that followed my fly around constantly for hours, but did not seem to want to bite it. I wonder what the deal was? Anyway it kept the fish coming, so a well worth purchase from orvis!"
