Easy Cast means Easy Cast,

"As a newcomer to spey casting I am still trying to match lines to rods. I generally use a switch rod. I borrowed a 13'6"spey rod, loaded my Hydros IV reel with this line and was extremely pleased with the ease of transition. I had tried a "Beginner's Spey" by another manufacturer and had to work the cast to get the distance I was looking for. I liked the long belly but (My only negative) found the front taper a bit long, making shorter casts less efficient. Overall, it does what I wanted (gave distance) at a price that can't be beat."
