"We have 4 dogs and they each have a couple of your ID collars, they are excellent collars (fit and clarity of the dog's information)! We run agility most weekends and the dogs can not wear tags in competition, so these collars insure they have ID on at all time while on the road or running. My only problem is the limited colors, I would really like to see you add Royal Purple to the list! I have recomended these collars to many friends, and given them as gifts."

"I have ordered this collar before and been over the moon about the look and quality of it and would have recommended it to everyone. Sadly it turns out Orvis has changed the manufacturer of this product and now it's a flimsy plasticky piece of nylon, only adjustable from one side so the personal details are covered up by the buckle and it is sold for the same price as the previous great one. I still love the personalisation opton, but the collar is very disappointing and overpriced. Please let me know if you change back to your old manufacturer and I will be back as a customer."

"While I have purchased these collars for many years for my own dogs, I decided to give them as gifts this Christmas. They all arrived in short order, and as requested, except one which had the phone number wrong. Orvis quickly replaced it with one that was perfect.
I do wish, though, that when the collar was slightly tightened that the buckle would NOT cover the name and phone Number. It happens on all 6 of the collars I bought this year."
