"Great item. Not bulky like others and is bright enough to play fetch in full darkness. Plus it is plenty bright eoungh to see well ahead of where you are walking."

"this is the brightest, non filament, longest lasting light I could find for under $100. HIDs cost considerably more, xenons have filaments that break if dropped, and both have very short run times by comparison. 1.5 million candel power is very competative with those other types, and the battery life can't be beat at this power.

down side - nickel battery instead of lithium, impossible to make water tight due to large number of intrusions into the electronics area by unsealed seams and switches. best feature: locking ON switch and removeable red filter."
